Hi! I can speak English but I feel like my grammar isn’t the best. I was never taught grammar and English properly. I feel like I should just start over to make sure I understand everything and say everything right. So yeah starting from the basics. I must say that I already have a language proficiency certification (B2). I also almost passed C1 but the problem is that I’m visually impaired and I need more time to complete the test but I never could properly finish and do the test which resulted me to fail. And yes fine for me is really important. I can’t possibly do 3 translation (each almost one page), one reading which again one page, and if I remember correctly 2 letters (one short and one long, btw writing letters is my favourite, I’m good at that). So yeah even tho I know I can speak English I feel like my grammar is lacking. Unfortunately my private teacher ditched me (not rightfully, I didn’t do anything) so I never finished studying.

it's recently come to my attention the multi purpose use of botox, besides just muscle movement minimisation. things like having botox injected into the armpits to prevent extreme perspiration, to name one. in my family, that includes me, we have medium sized breasts with quite large areolas, which makes me uncomfortable when intimate with someone. I've asked my plastic surgeon for surgical areola reduction and he said it's not worth it, cause areola tends to stretch back to its normal size. (I've also known that to be true, as one of my sister had it done, and it did grow back to its previous size). so my question is: could botox help in reducing the areola size? even temporarily?

Hi all. I’ve recently decided to try therapy and think a vegan therapist would be best since some of my issues relate to vystopia (I don’t have any vegan friends/colleagues and a non-vegan therapist too would surely complicate things). Ideally, they’d also be able to help with managing ADHD (I’ve been diagnosed).
So far the only success I’ve had is on veganaustralia.org.au listing ~6 vegan psychologists in Victoria. That’s a great list for what I’m sure is slim pickings!
Has anyone had experience with finding vegan therapists in Melbourne? Just wondering if there additional tips/resources for finding them or if that website is the best we’ve got for now.

As some of you may know, after creating REDUX for Fable Anniversary, I decided to make a similar overhaul mod for TLC, but with more content and better balancing. However, no one bar me had any luck actually getting it to work, so I gave up. Until now.
I decided that I may as well release it as a beta. Some people in my discord server have gotten it to work, so I'm convinced it's not the mod but instead a hardware or base-game issue. If you liked REDUX and want something that's like it for TLC (but a lot better), then this is for you.
Main features/changes include:

• A complete rebalance of the game (very much like REDUX but with a more bearable early-game). This includes armour values, player and enemy resistances, enemy spawns, item prices, augmentations and general difficulty.
• Custom minibosses.
• Cut content has been restored.
• NPCs drop their weapons (but improved from REDUX as they have custom names and can be sold earlier than Snowspire). They also drop custom vendor trash.
• Changes to level and world design. This includes larger-scale things like fixing the Greatwood Lake bridge and smaller-scale things like editing the interiors of houses. Item and chest placements have been altered as well. There are also new chests to find and open.
• 17 Silver Keys have been moved.
• Baldness has been removed - horns will now grow without causing your hairline to recede.
• The ageing rate has been reduced; you now age 0.37 of a year instead of 0.7 of a year every time you upgrade a stat.

There's a full changelog on Nexus, but these are the most important bits.

just started playing again after ~1,5 years break, tuned in as Scotland and I became warmonger - didn't really plan on it, just Kupe and Trajan built too close to me and one thing led to another... Right now I'm about to smash Canada with GDR if they come too close to the diplomatic win (though I'm about to send that Exoplanet mission in ~4-5 tours).
But all of it also meant I was being denounced and random people were having a war with me. I would now like to play as peacefully as possible so I was wondering which civ would be best for that - plan is to win by Science (or Diplomatic, if it's easy enough) but I just don't wanna have wars all the time.
Any recommendations?

*Context* A while ago I had to change plans because I was sick. I messaged him asking to reschedule. He replied two weeks later without acknowledging I was sick. I said I thought it was silent treatment and he said it was because he was angry and didn't have enough energy to reply. If he didn't have the energy to reply, how could he have met up that day? He didn't apologize and claimed that I was avoiding him. I concluded it was the silent treatment and decided to give them another chance even though he'd not said "Feel better soon" or asked to see how I was feeling.
This is someone who can't take any feedback and feels attacked all the time. I asked him for more balance and brought up that he very rarely asks about me and how I'm doing. I got long commentaries on tv shows I don't watch and pointless hypothetical questions instead of anything authentic. He was quite keen to text a lot before I'd pointed out he didn't really ask about my wellbeing when I'd asked and heard about his over the years. His response was that he'd been going through a difficult time and that was true but from experience with other people going through difficult times, it doesn't stop you from asking how other people are doing. When I get a chance to respond in real life, it's often interrupted, dismissed or solutionized and then it's back to him. I don't know if he's a narcissist but I definitely feel manipulated and invalidated. *Context*
We fell out of touch. He didn't reply to normal conversational questions in messages so I left them open and thought he gave up on me. Months later he gets in touch and accuses me of abandoning him after paying for everything the last time we met emphasizing how "expensive" it was. I said that he stopped responding so that's why we've not seen each other. I said I don't break for silent treatment. I'm getting flat-out denial that he's "never used the silent treatment" and saying that I think he's terrible and evil and how could I think that about him. He says that I'm not a telepath so I can't claim it's "silent treatment". I mean ... that's why I asked questions ... I'm not a telepath. He says he didn't know how to reply to the questions and it was my fault for not answering his calls instead, because I was never available ... I was at work, asleep or busy. Everyone knows I have my phone on silent and that I'll respond in writing mostly because I've been gaslit on the phone too many times without any evidence! I have never said he's bad or anything like that. I called out some poor behaviour and Is he playing the DARVO card? What's the best way to respond? The silent treatment seems easy to deny.

Hey boys I just wanna start by saying im 16. Anyways the story is I met this girl at a party a few weeks ago and we hit it off. She asked for my number and stuff and it was great, anyways my issue is I have extreme social anxiety when it comes to greeting and saying goodbye to people. I genuinly do not know to greet a girl.
So heres the story, both of our friend groups decided to do a hangout a few days ago. The hangout was great and I talked to her a lot however I did a big mistake at the start. I greeted her with the most SHIT and awkard handshake imaginable. Her friends who are trying to be wingmen got super pissed off at me over the handshake. They told me to hug her next time and to not pull that shit. They also told me to give her a kiss in the cheek when she has to leave.
Genuinly, how the hell do I greet her without being awkard. Do I wait for her to get seperated a little bit from the group and then greet her? I greeted her right away when both of our groups saw each other.
And how do I say goodbye to her? They told me to kiss her in the cheeck when she had to go. I did not, I just said goodbye from afar. It wasent that much big of a fuck up compared to the handshake but yea.
TLDR; They want me to be more touchy with her but I am scared and I dont know why. I get anxiety over it and I dont know what to do.
If anybody asks, she likes me back. Her friends have told me so and they are trying to help me out. I really dont wanna fumble this.

I did my mbbs from a great govt college and now for my MD I didn't get a good rank in neet pg ( 65k obc).
I am thinking of doing PG from private clg like MGM , my dad also has same opinion. But my mom says it is a downgrade for me to do PG from private clg after completing mbbs from govt so I shouldn't do it.
Tbh I'm not happy about my rank but then I just want to move forward now I just feel stuck at same place. And I will try my best for my DM to be from a central institute but I am currently exhausted from all the preparation.

I haven't been playing PC games since Diablo3. My PC still has an ancient E3-1230 V2.
I don't want to spend too much money on upgrading the whole PC. But I can spend a few hundred bucks to just upgrade the video card. ($200-$400)

They are a highly predatory species that is considered one of the most dangerous to approach as they do not engage in trade with other species, they see all other species as prey. 'Or' being key since the fates of these unknown intelligent species is unknown.
Zenti craft are not built to take prisoners, and are usually built around swarm philosophy, with large numbers of small ships relying on carriers or bases from which to deploy, with the largest fleets having a capital ship for heavy support.
