What Is the 25% Rule?

There are two common usages of the term "25% rule":

25% Rule for Intellectual Property

Patent or trademark owners use the 25% rule as a yardstick for defining a reasonable amount of royalty payments. The rule assumes that a licenseeshould retain at most 75% of the profits of a patented product given that s/he took on the bulk of the risks of developing the product and bringing the intellectual property to the market. The patent owner takes the remainder as a license royalty.
Setting the value of intellectual property is a complex matter. Although royalties are typically assessed against revenues, the 25% rule applies to profits. Furthermore, the 25% rule does not closely define what "gross profit" includes, which creates ambiguity in the valuation calculation. Because it's a simple rule, it does not take into account the costs associated with marketing the product. General Killer Changes:
- Killers can get stunned by a flashlight again from a successfully timed "locker save" with
the addition of "entity particles" in front of the killers eyes indicating that the Killer won't be able
to get blinded by a flashlight again for the next 15 seconds.
Reason:
People loved to locker save their teammates and it always felt really rewarding if done and timed correctly but to eliminate any potential of abusing this mechanic, instead of removing it entirely we added a visual "cooldown" to this interaction.

- We realized that the Nurse is overperforming so we decided to shorten her teleportation range to 16m base (was 20m) this should combat nurse being extremely oppressive when in good hands
- We Removed Nurse ability to hit before appearing on the screen so the survivor has more time to react to the initial blink.

The Clown
- The Pinky Finger add-on now requires the clown to hit the survivor twice with a bottle in order to down them immediately without needing to M1 however if the survivor dodges one bottle the add-on gets reset and the survivor won't be downed

The Blight
- The Alchemist Ring now longer instantly recharges all rush tokens instead it recharges half of them
- In addition to Compound Thirty Three's effect it will now cause the blight to slowly regain tokens instead of regaining tokens normally

The Spirit
- Mother Daugther Ring Increases Movement Speed during Phase by +20% (instead of 40%)

Survivor Changes
- Bringing back the Fall Window Vaults with new animation
- Healing OTHERS will take 16 seconds as it used to be Self healing will take 20 seconds instead of 24 seconds
- If the Killer has no Collision at any point for some reason basically meaning to run through the killer will now give an animation to look more clean (while walking through the killer at any time, the collision is gone, the entity will make black particles appear around the area where the survivor enters through the killer hard to explain easier to show).

Hello everyone
I have lived overseas for nearly a decade and I'm looking to get a UK property (England) ready for when I return. I have a few naive questions, I'm hoping you can help with (haven't bought in UK since 2003).

1. It's much easier for expats to obtain a buy-to-let mortgage, than a residential one. If I have the money to pay the mortgage, what could the mortgage company legally do if I don't actually rent it?
   
2. What could the mortgage company legally do if I moved into it during its "buy-to-let" term (i.e. before converting it to a residential mortgage)?
   

My mindset has been changed by my host country, and I look at the situation and think "what's the worst case scenario?". Like is a UK bank likely to repossess the house if I don't rent it or choose to live in it? Appreciate this would go against the mortgage terms, but I have slim pickings on the mortgage options, and I'm wondering really what could happen
