I tried three different toothpaste options for the most efficient tooth brushing and packing lightly for OneBag. The surprise winner turned out to be the cheapest here in India!

1. Uber popular toothpaste tablets. The standard size of the tablet is way too much for my regular toothbrushing, a needless waste. For the uninformed, toothpaste should be used as least as possible, just like washing powder. PLUS, a small can of toothpaste tablet weighed more than a small toothpaste in tube. Also note that ADA (American Dental Association) DO NOT recommend them, plus most of these tablets have no fluoride, which means no protection against cavities. I also find it taking longer time; you need to chew these tablets like a gum for a minute or so before even starting to brush. Only advt I see is minimizing plastic waste.
2. Toothpaste in a tube is second best. Tt let me squeeze out the paste to my liking, unlike tablets. Biggest complaint I have is plastic waste.
3. The best out of three options I found was toothpaste powder, like this Buy Colgate Cavity Protection Toothpowder - with Calcium and Minerals for Anti-Cavity - 200 g Online at Low Prices in India - Amazon.in. For those who realize that aqua in shower gels is just a fancy term for water (and shower gels is a scam compared with a bar of soap), toothpowder lasts way longer than standard toothpaste and toothpaste tablets. Btw the science says toothpowder is more efficient in removing plaques than toothpaste, an example peer reviewed paper here: Comparison of the plaque-removing efficacy of toothpaste and toothpowder - PubMed (nih.gov)

I carry toothpowder in a small 30ml airtight plastic container, and I dip a slightly wet toothbrush (I use Philips Sonicare) in it. 50g toothpowder easily lasts three months for me with twice daily brushes, vastly exceeding 50g toothpaste that hardly lasts a month. Lasting much longer means fewer trips to grocery and fever plastic waste (June 5th, World environment day coming in 4 days, this year's theme is plastic pollution!)
Pro Tip: I never wash my mouth after brushing (You should do this too). This helps to provide left over fluoride to my tooth. No watemeals for the next 1 hour.

i just started seeing a psychiatrist alongside my therapist. they double booked me on one day, which apparently isn't allowed because insurance won't cover both sessions, and we spent 10 minutes of a 25 minute session trying to solve the issue.
the therapy place i go to sends out zoom links 30-60m before your actual appointment (the links are new every time). i was booked for psychiatry at 10:30 and therapy at 11am, and received an unspecified zoom link at 10am. i got on the link 2 minutes early, and waited until 10:34 for the psychiatrist but she didn't show. then it hit me that i might've been waiting in the wrong room, and i went back to the scheduled google event & used the link i found there instead & turns out she was in there the whole time. my issue is that i wouldn't have used the wrong link if they hadn't scheduled me twice for the same day (or had at least lmk sooner so we could reschedule).
so i spent 10+ mins of a 25 min session fixing problems that happened due to scheduling issues that were not my fault. & i also can't see my therapist this week bc of this

My party has been complaining about lack of combat for the past few sessions. I dm for a party of 5 they just arrived at a super secured city where a powerful mage prevents people from breaking laws. So people dont fight or do anything like that with fighting i added some battle stuff to the city but they havent explored that idea sinxe they have been attempting to follow the main plot they will get caught up with the roleplay aspect and getting into npcs lives and shopping. They didnt leave the city for multiple sessions which all they had to do was follow some sort of plot to lead to combat. They decided to attempt to make some money and took on a quest. Right when they left the city they ran into combat which lasted about 4 rounds the bandits ran away due to their leader dying horribly. The party decided to rest because their horses died from the fight and couldnt continue to travel so some people decided to take a break i continued with the people that split up to get some horses. Some stuff happend with npcs and a huge emotional thing happend between player characters and a big roleplay event happend. This seems to be the running theme they attempt to do battle stuff but get distracted with roleplay theyre on their way to do this mission which leads to battle but each session i see the reaccuring theme they go for it then small events with npcs or players happen. After the session i hear about how some players want combat and its annoying. I feel like im limited as what i can do as a dm as some other players will be super into roleplay but others players will sit there and not say anything to progress plot or really anything. I personally didnt see anything wrong with my last session with the roleplay it was the best ive ever seen in terms of roleplay.
I encourage progression and make commets like you guys are taking to long, or lets get a move on. But the same stuff usually tends to happen. Its not like i am keeping them away from combat im letting them do what they want and when its appropriate ill send combat towards them?
Is there anyway to improve this should i force combat encounters where it doesnt make sense?

• A cruel god (character b) just has to have a girl (character a) they happened to meet when they were on the mortal plane…

I've been on some (8-10) organized tours in Europe with Edelweiss. Mostly Alps (because even though I've seen them, there's always a new person in the group who hasn't) but also Pyrenees and SW Spain.
My buddy's wife had a business trip in Barcelona. I've been there and loved it so took him up on his suggestion to go to Barcelona for a few days and then a few more a little NE, near Girona. We did day trips out of both places.
All the bike rental places seem to be in the city. I got mine from Hertz and could not be happier with the service or the bike (Multistrada V4s). Barcelona is a really fun city but it's a PITA to get in and out of for those day rides. Once you do, though, the fun roads are pretty close.
Anyone going near the Costa Brava with a motorcycle should not miss the coastal road between Tossa de Mar and St Feliu de Guixois. The curves are great, the road's in great shape, and it's mostly cut into a mountain on one side with the sea on the other. The biggest risk is not being able to look away from the view :)
Starting from a hotel outside the city (as mentioned, we were near Girona, about 1.5 hr from Barcelona but I expect anywhere in that area of Catalan would be similar) there isn't the city traffic to fight to get in or out, and there are lots of choices for curvy routes. One day we started going NE to the mountainy peninsula that includes Cadaques. Great views, great roads. We continued along the coast as far as Banyuls-sur-Mer and then took a really cool, narrow road through mountains and vineyards to head back inland:

Our route back to the hotel was a little to the west and not as mountainous or curvy but still a good ride.
Getting back to Barcelona to return the bikes and head home I used a route from Kurviger that was great.

A great day of riding. Lots of curves, changes in elevation, little roads, one three-mile bit where calling it "paved" might be a stretch.
One revelation: Being based in eastern US, I always hear about the Tail of the Dragon, and sure, I've ridden it a few times. But I always think two things in response - first, that yeah, ToD is great but Alps! Stelvio! , and also that, more locally, there are longer, less-congested stretches that are so much more enjoyable. Cherohala Skyway, for example. And dozens of roads between ToD and Georgia, most pretty well documented.
But back to the Alps. I love 'em, and yes, there are many more mountains there than in NE Spain. The Alps are higher and the passes are much more dramatic. So much so that if you travel in May or October, they may be closed. And in those summer months, many of them will be clogged up with tour buses.
In the few days of riding in NE Spain and SW France, we got stuck behind maybe eight cars (that we ended up passing). That can be an hour in the Alps in June. That's what I mean - they can get like ToD or Skyline Drive: too popular.
I will always be on board to tag along with a friend who hasn't ridden in the Alps. And the people, food, etc. - all great. But when it's just me, or with others who have already experienced the Alps, I'm going to be more open to looking a little to the west (like this time) or maybe a little farther west (around Santander) or SW (btw Malaga and Seville). Or East - I hear Croatia/Bosnia/Montenegro is great riding too. I know I'm leaving a bunch out. That's the point - there's an almost endless supply of great roads and a lack of traffic/congestion can mean a lot.

My "CS_BADGER.sh" script ceased functioning following recent UI changes, and I'm seeking a cost-effective solution to forward filtered events elsewhere. Ideally, this solution should be free or affordable. While the Falcon data replicator fulfills my requirements, I'm aiming for the most economical option to filter and process DNS and network information from essential for IR events past 7 days. Given that my daily data exports are below 100MB, could you suggest a way to set up such a system at a minimal or no cost?
Is there a method to forward events to our Splunk server using a search query? HEC? Our REST capabilities inCS seem limited, but there might be a solution. I'd prefer not to continually modify my CS_BADGER.sh, as I risk inadvertently creating a free Splunk app if this continues.

I'm currently working on a SvelteKit project and using Tailwind CSS for styling. However, I've encountered an issue that I hope someone can assist me with. The problem lies in the inconsistency between the styles I see when running the project using 'npm run dev' or 'npm run preview' versus the styles I get after the build process.
